Merch Junkie LLC - Returns Policy
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if an item you have purchased from our store isn't the correct size or is defective you are entitled to an exchange.
Our exchange policy lasts for 15 days, with day one being the day you receive your item in the mail.
In order to exchange your item of clothing, the item in question must be in an unused condition with the acceptance of trying it on. It is important that we receive the good(s) back in the same condition in which it was delivered - resalable. If the return is a sizing issue you will be responsible for the re shipment.
In order for an exchange to be processed, you must contact us directly by email at email@example.com quoting your Order Reference number, the item in question, and the size you are requiring - and this email must be within our 15 day exchange time period. We will respond to your email as soon as possible to initiate the exchange process.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability, therefore we will either approve the exchange, or offer an alternative solution. If approved, we then give you the opportunity to mail the item(s) to the store's return address. Please remember to include a return shipping label and your invoice in the packaging, or at a bare minimum of the order number - or we will be unable to process your exchange on delivery.
Shipping Fees & Lost Items
Although we accept returns for size exchanges, all returns are subject at the buyers expense. We highly advise you to return your item(s) via tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods. Items that have been lost in transit will not earn a size exchange.
